   Many of us got our start collecting OTR shows from these dedicated hobbyists who each week upload a couple of shows or three or four to their free websites and invite the rest of us to download them at our leisure. If you don't see your favorite site in this list, please add it.
   
   
8. Otter. I once stirred up the bees' nest by proposing a universal naming standard for OTR files. Great dream. It ain't gonna happen! So I've settled for a call to a uniform standard instead. That is to say, it doesn't matter which format you use when you name your files, just use something! And Otter just happens to be the vehicle for achieving that goal. What is it? Just get it, use it and don't ask silly questions! ;-)
